How it all started
The founder’s great great grandma, Ma, was a culinary trailblazer. She was an extraordinary woman who did extraordinary things. Ninety five years ago when her family first arrived in Guyana from India, She created a special recipe for a homemade pepper sauce that quickly became a staple in our family's cooking. This blend of spices and peppers has been passed down for generations and continues to enhance the flavors of all the dishes we prepare.
We’ve been sharing this pepper sauce with our friends and family for many years and they keep asking for more. Today, we're proud to share WIPS or West Indies Peppa Sauce with the world and bring a taste of the Caribbean to your table.

Together, they moved around the United States and lived abroad in South Korea and Vietnam and traveled the world including 60+ countries and six continents, exploring different places and experiencing all kinds of food. They understand what good food is and try to recreate it at home. From all the culinary experiences they’ve had, they always found that adding a little spice to their dishes enhanced the flavors and made the meal more enjoyable. Randy’s homemade pepper sauce has been a staple in their home for years and many more West Indian homes for generations. Now, it’s time to take it worldwide.
